SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for supporting Kneady Bees LLC! Each jar of whipped honey is handcrafted in small batches and carefully packaged for shipping.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently accept and ship orders only to valid delivery addresses within Tennessee. Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Orders submitted for delivery outside Tennessee may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, severe weather, or periods of high order volume.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. You will receive a shipping-confirmation email with tracking information after your order has been prepared for shipment.

If we cannot ship your order within the promised time—or within 30 days if no shipping time was stated—we will notify you and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the order’s weight, package size, delivery address, and selected USPS service.

Any available local-pickup option will be displayed during checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

USPS delivery generally takes 1–5 business days after an order has been accepted by the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by severe weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

WARM-WEATHER SHIPPING

Whipped honey may soften or partially return to a more liquid consistency when exposed to warm temperatures during shipping. This is a natural characteristic of honey and does not mean the product is spoiled.

If your honey arrives softened, keep the jar tightly sealed and allow it to rest at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

Contact us immediately if you discover an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been transferred to USPS.

Additional shipping or replacement charges may apply when an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address.

LOST, DELAYED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, review the tracking information and contact us for assistance. We will help locate the shipment or submit a USPS inquiry when appropriate.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, nearby delivery areas, and your local USPS office. Contact us if the package remains missing. Packages marked as delivered will be reviewed individually based on the available tracking and delivery information.

DAMAGED, LEAKING, OR BROKEN ORDERS

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, contact us within three calendar days of delivery.

Please provide:

Your name and order number
A description of the damage
Photographs of the product
Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
A photograph of the shipping label

Retain the product and packaging until the claim has been reviewed. Approved claims will receive an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

FOOD-PRODUCT RETURNS

Because whipped honey is a consumable food product, we cannot accept ordinary returns or exchanges after delivery. Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing, or affected by a fulfillment error.
